“Türkiye’de E-Ticaretin Görünümü” Raporunun İngilizce Versiyonu Yayımlandı
T.C. Ticaret Bakanlığı tarafından hazırlanan ve 6 Mayıs 2025 tarihinde Sayın Bakanımızın katılımıyla gerçekleştirilen tanıtım toplantısında kamuoyuna sunulan “Türkiye’de E-Ticaretin Görünümü” raporunun İngilizce versiyonu yayımlanmıştır.
Türkiye e-ticaret ekosistemine ilişkin güncel gelişmeleri ve istatistikleri kapsamlı biçimde ele alan rapor, sektörün dinamiklerini hem ulusal hem de uluslararası düzeyde değerlendirme imkânı sunmaktadır.
Rapora göre;
· 2024 yılı e-ticaret hacmi, bir önceki yıla göre %61,7 artarak 3 trilyon TL’yi aşmış,
· İşlem sayısı ise 5 milyar 910 milyon adet olarak gerçekleşmiştir.
· Perakende e-ticaret hacmi, %63,7 artışla 1 trilyon 619 milyar TL’ye ulaşmıştır.
· E-ticaretin GSYH içindeki payı %6,5, genel ticarete oranı ise %19,1 olarak kaydedilmiştir.
· Türkiye genelinde 600 bin 800 işletme e-ticaret faaliyetinde bulunmuştur.
Ayrıca raporda;
· Kadın kullanıcıların e-ticaret harcamalarındaki payının %58 olduğu,
· En fazla harcamanın giyim, ayakkabı ve aksesuar sektöründe gerçekleştiği,
· Hızlı ticaret (Q-Commerce) hacminin %98,1 artışla 249,8 milyar TL’ye ulaştığı,
· Dijital eğlence ve içerik tüketiminin 19,6 milyar TL seviyesinde gerçekleştiği bilgilerine de yer verilmiştir.
Raporda ayrıca Bakanlık tarafından geliştirilen metodolojiyle oluşturulan E-Ticarete Uyum Endeksi sonuçları da paylaşılmış; İstanbul, Kayseri ve İzmir en yüksek uyum skoruna sahip iller olarak öne çıkmıştır.
Hazırlanan İngilizce versiyon ile birlikte, Türkiye’nin dijital ekonomisine ilişkin verilerin uluslararası paydaşlar, yatırımcılar ve araştırmacılar için erişilebilir hale getirilmesi ve e-ticaret alanındaki dönüşümün küresel ölçekte görünür kılınması amaçlanmaktadır.

The English Version of the "E-Commerce Outlook in Türkiye" Report Has Been Published
The Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye has released the English version of the “E-Commerce Outlook in Türkiye” report, which was officially introduced to the public by the Minister during a launch event held on May 6, 2025.
This comprehensive report presents up-to-date insights and statistical data on Türkiye’s dynamic e-commerce ecosystem, offering a valuable resource for both national and international stakeholders.
According to the report:
· Türkiye’s e-commerce volume in 2024 exceeded 3 trillion Turkish Lira, marking a 61.7% increase compared to the previous year.
· The number of transactions reached 5.91 billion.
· Retail e-commerce volume increased by 63.7%, reaching 1.62 trillion TL.
· The share of e-commerce in GDP stood at 6.5%, while its share in total trade was recorded at 19.1%.
A total of 600,800 businesses engaged in e-commerce activities across the country.
Other key findings include:
· Women accounted for 58% of marketplace e-commerce spending,
· The clothing, shoes and accessories sector generated the highest transaction volume,
· Quick commerce (Q-Commerce) grew by 98.1%, reaching 249.8 billion TL,
· Digital entertainment and content consumption reached a total volume of 19.6 billion TL.
The report also presents the E-Commerce Adaptation Index, developed by the Ministry of Trade to assess the performance of provinces in adopting e-commerce. İstanbul, Kayseri and İzmir ranked as the top three provinces with the highest adaptation scores.
The publication of the English version aims to enhance the international visibility of Türkiye’s digital economy, and to provide researchers, investors, and policy makers with a reliable reference on the structural and statistical outlook of the e-commerce sector.
